I have been attending Rheumatology clinic, under the care of Dr Kirkham for past 8 years. This includes attending out-patients, on the 4th floor and the infusion suite on the ground floor; Bermondsey suite on a monthly basis.
Both are extremely busy departments, but the staff from the receptionists to clinical staff are so professional and do a great job under often stressful conditions.
The system from seeing pts. to having blood test is very slick and works.

The care I received from the staff in Queen ward after my hip replacement was excellent.

I had a Hip replacement in September 2017 my treatment and care was brilliant I thank the staff and hospital for the care i recived

The waiting time was very short. All appointments were made promptly and regular text reminders were received. All staff were very friendly and cheerful helping to put me at ease.

When the NHS is under constant pressure, I was impressed with all the staff who I met..........without doubt Guy's can hold it's head high as somewhere to obtain the very best of care, both as an out and inpatient............BRILLIANT !!!!!

A wonderful hospital where the staff try and make each visit as stress-free as possible.
The location could not be better next to London Bridge, with a range of public transport options.
The hospital itself is modern, fresh and each department easily accessible with clear signage.
Staff are like all NHS staff, thoughtful, caring and understanding.

Dr Mr Shah Consultant orthopaedics surgeon carried out my right hip replacement. After nine years I am free of pain on that side, Consultant was totally brilliant, He dealt with concerns and gave the assurance that operation would be very much to my benefit. Such a caring professional,The follow up from one of the ladies on the team on this week 8th October at Guys orthopaedics outpatients, was also so informative. Every question I had re aftercare was dealt with , I was most impressed with her profesionlism. What can I say about the nursing team,? absolutely brilliant

All staff show great care, and even if they are having a bad day this never appears to show to the patients/public.
If one gets lost in the building someone will go to great lengths to get you to your destination.
The same applies to St Thomas's too.

Both my wife and myself have been treated at Guys and had stays in the hospital, and the treatment we received was first class, and all of the staff, and I mean ALL of the staff, doctors, nurses, porters, cleaners, dinner ladies, all of them were excellent.
